Our 4-Step Design Process

1. Consult — Share your idea, size, quantity, deadline, and budget.
2. Design — We prep/redraw your art for laser precision (see Artwork Policy).
3. Proof — You’ll get a digital proof. One minor revision included.
4. Make — After approval, we engrave/cut, finish, and quality-check.

Design & Artwork Fees

• Tier 1 (Basic Setup): $15 — minor sizing/cleanup.
• Tier 2 (Standard Rebuild): $25 — vectorize/redraw simple logos.
• Tier 3 (Complex Design): $50+ — intricate redraws, layouts, creative work.
• Rush (when available): +25%.

Typical Turnaround

• Standard: 1-3 business days after proof approval (material/quantity dependent).
• Rush: Ask about availability before ordering.

Laser engraving creates material-dependent tones; exact Pantone matching isn’t possible without specialty finishes/print.

Do you keep my files?
We retain project files for 12 months to streamline reorders. Early purge on request.

Yes. Send quantities and timelines; we’ll quote price breaks and production windows.
