Refund & Return Policy

At 928 Laser, we take pride in producing high-quality laser engraved and custom manufactured products. Because many of our items are made to order, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of custom work.

Custom & Engraved Products

All custom made, personalized, or engraved products are final sale.

Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once production has begun or the item has been completed.

This includes products that contain:

  • Custom text

  • Names or dates

  • Logos or uploaded artwork

  • Personalized designs

  • Custom dimensions or specifications

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, and design details prior to production.

Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work.

If your item arrives with a defect caused by our workmanship or manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

Examples of workmanship issues may include:

  • Incorrect engraving due to our error

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage caused during production

Shipping Damage

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the claim and arrange a replacement when applicable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many of our products move quickly into production, order changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

Non-Custom Products

For non-custom items that have not been engraved or modified, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective.
