At 928 Laser, many of our products are custom made or engraved to order. Because of this, shipping timelines may vary depending on the product and the level of customization involved.

Processing & Production Time

Most orders require time for design preparation, engraving, and finishing before they ship.

Typical processing times are:

• Custom engraved products: 3–7 business days

• Bulk or large commercial orders: Production time will be communicated after order confirmation

• Non-custom items: Usually ship within 1–3 business days

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of the package.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Package weight

• Package size

• Shipping destination

• Selected shipping service

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number so you can follow the delivery progress.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, 928 Laser is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Weather conditions

• Holidays or peak shipping periods

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and assist with a resolution.
